  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to our hub in Baltimore, US. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item in its original, unmarked packaging. Place it inside a plain outer shipping box. Send it to the address provided in your instructions. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item (typically within 3-5 business days) to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions.
  5. Completion: Upon approval, we will immediately process your exchange or refund as per your request.

4. Refunds & Credits

  • Timing: Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution or PayPal.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Store credit can be issued upon request.
  • Deductions: The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.
  • Discreet Billing: As with your original purchase, all refund descriptions on your statement will remain discreet.

5. Exchanges
